At Canvas, we know that challenging homophobia, transphobia, and sexual violence takes courage. Because of the sensitive nature of our work and the personal stories youth share, all facilitator roles are paid positions.

Canvas Programs create safer, more inclusive communities through arts-based education—and we rely on beautiful art supplies to bring our programs to life. 

We gladly accept donations of new or gently used art materials! 

Your donation helps 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in our the Youth Arts Action Committee (YAAC)m where we bring together 2SLGBTQIA+ students and allies middle-schools to 
create a space of learning, artistic expression, and community-building. Students in the YAAC group meet to learn from 2SLGBTQIA+ mentors, create art with peers, and 
take action in their communities.  and allies express themselves, learn, and grow through the power of art.
