Space Info

Available weekdays after 5:00pm, and weekends. Weekdays may be available on a case-by-case basis.  

Rate: $75/hour + HST  • 2-hour minimum rental

The Space Features: 

  • 1736 sq ft bright space with natural light and direct access to the Christie Street Courtyard and the Covered Street Barn.

  • 18-foot windows with black out curtains.

  • Soundproof recording room – recording equipment not included.  

  • Semi sprung floor suitable for movement-based practices. 

  • Small Stage.

  • Automatic, accessible doors to the main entrance for the unit. 

  • Antique and vintage furniture. 

  • Microwave, kettle, coffee maker and minifridge.
